MCSL says server is offline when it isn't, and it won't manual ping it?

I really need help, MCSL has listed my server as offline for around a week now even though the server has been up the whole time. I cannot manually ping the server from MCSL either, it says that it cannot contact the server. The server is up, and players are on it. I don't know why it won't show it's online on the website. Please help.

When the list pings your server, it gets rejected - so somewhere in the process your service is blocking the pings.
It is usually a firewall issue somewhere in your/host end.
