Allow ping request through OVH Mitigation

Question

Scenario, Server starts getting DDOS'd, OVh detect and turn mitigation on, Serverlist can no longer ping.

Ping from personal computor returns fine, ping from other networks ping fine.

Any ideas how I can bypass the DDOs prevention with your services??

Sorry no, that is on the server end - I do not know how OVH mitigation works, but it obviously also mitigates pings from our IP from what you describe (maybe they need to allow the server list IP in their filters)
