Server List won't allow my IP address

Question

minecraft-server-list.com will not allow me to add my server because my IP address ("0.tcp.ngrok.io:18442") has the :18442 at the end. This is a part of the IP and has nothing to do with the port. The port is still 25565 as is the default.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Make sure you are using your IPv4 adress, because this doesn't look like it.
