why won't my texture pack's terrain work

I recently got a new texture pack, but the terrain won't work. Help!

perhapse your computer is slow, or its a bug, are you sure that you have that texture pack selected? if not any of these sugestions work, the texture pack could be fack, or not working for you. try getting a different texture pack, that is eather like the texture pack you like, or even better :) hope this helps
