My texture pack keeps making my minecraft quit because of memory.

I downloaded a texture pack with the resolution of 256x256 (very high) the texture is very complicated and uses all the memory minecraft has in seconds just in the main menu. can i give minecraft all the memory of my computer to make minecraft work, and how?

Try switching to a lower resolution version.

My Minecraft has crashed because I downloaded a 128x128 pack and i have no way to fix it because I'm on a Mac.

Using high resolution texture packs can stuff up your memory so you should either get a lower resolution or a bigger memory.
