Probably a dumb resource pack question

Question

I downloaded a resource pack and used it in game on a multiplayer and realms servers. Would other people see the textures I used without downloading it themselves? Or does what used to be a wooden block still look like wood?

You are the only person who sees the resource pack you have on! If they download the resorucepack and turn it on they will see it as well!

Nope. They will not see the same thing as you. If they have the default texture then they will see it default.
