People are appearing to me, to have my skins on that I didn't share with anyone or anything, can other people see them?

People are wearing my skins that I didn't share and I'm wondering if other people can see the people that are wearing my skins. And or if the people that are appearing to me that have my skins on, do they see my skin? Please Help me I'm already in stress with family, My brother goes into the air force in June. My sister is crazy, and my parents are divorced. And I'm really shy.

Well there is a program call Worst which has the ability to hack into somones accounts on a cracked server. A cracked server is a server that you have to type a password when you log on in order to move. You only have to type a password because you username is your game tag. But in any case, someone can use worst to type in your username or game tag and is basically gives them your skin.
