If I tame a dog on a server can I let other ppl use them or do they have to find and tame their own?

I would like my friends to be able to use the animals ive tamed such as cats, dogs, and horses but would they be able to use the animals ive tamed or bred? If not can they use the animals ive tamed to breed their own? Or will they have to find wild animals and tame them themselves?

Wolves and cats are out of the question. They cant use them. But horses can be ridden by them.
