What is the best and cheapest laptop I can get for playing minecraft?

I am looking to get a laptop to replace my old computer, but i don't know what is the best one to get for minecraft. If anyone has any suggestions for an affordable but well functioning laptop for minecraft, please contact me. Thank you so much in advance.

You can get a cheap Dell laptop loaded with Windows 10 for around $200.

Bought mine for $200 bux, i would not prefer it to play mc, as i lagg to death on hypixel and alot of animation particle effected mc servers, but it should be fine if its a small, not many particle effectly and power up/ ablities server.
