Has the command for summoning mobs whit tools and armour changed?

Question

I did the same command as in 1.8.9 in 1.9 but doesn't work......  It summons it whit its name but no weapon or armour...   Sorry for bad English.

/summon Zombie -640 51 -645 {equipment[Bla bla bla]}CustomNameVisible:1,CustomName"Buttlord"}
