My daughter is pretty afraid of everything. I thought I could have her create with minecraft and she would be safe in creative mode, but then a spider jumped out at her. I then researched and saw that I should switch from Normal to Peaceful difficulty. I think that might take care of scary things, but I would love confirmation before I "promise" her that a spider won't be in the game. If I'm in Peaceful difficulty on Creative mode, is there anything like spiders that can appear. I know that many people don't find these harmless spiders scary, but she does and I just want her to have fun building and creating. *IF* I can convince her to "get back on the horse" and try minecraft again, I really don't want something scary to pop out! :/
