    • zombies, skeletons or enderman not spawning!?

    So I'm new to making a server and so I'm running my server on 1.8.8 with spigot and I'm trying to figure out why only certain mobs spawn at night?? For example only spiders and witches are spawning no zombies, skeletons, and enderman are spawning. I don't have any plugins that would disrupt this,,, I need help!!!
