To anybody who can help:
My minecraft will not stop lagging. I'm not talking about FPS lagging, I mean server lagging. I can play minecraft for days with no problem, but then all of a sudden there's an unforgiving amount of rollback/server lag. I will start to place/break blocks, and either it wont make the sound of placing them or it wont drop at item after breaking them, that's how I know it has begun. Once this happens, it can last either 5 minutes or 5 days, I don't understand at all. I'm playing on my gaming pc, and my brothers play on my dads desktop. Here's the interesting part:
My brothers and I play on a specific server every time, and here's what happens... My brother joins the server on my dad's pc, everything is fine. I join the same server at the same time, and nothing will come up in the chat box, breaking blocks doesn't drop items, placing blocks doesn't make a noise, and on my brother's screen I'm standing in one spot doing nothing the whole time. I don't understand what is going on, since it is CLEARLY my computer and NOT my internet nor the minecraft client.
