    Have you tried //undo command?

Hi, I had this problem too, it says unknown command.
I copied a mansion for a row of houses and it ended up inside a different one...
Do you know of any other ways?

try fill the area with /fill command or use TNT as someone mentioned before. If you have backup then restore them. It's unfortunate you can't undo any command. but you try this /testforblocks command and add undo/redo option for your 1.14 version single server.
