my votes for this website never seem to register in enjin or lichcraft.com, But all my other votes register?

Question

Whenever I vote on any other voting servers but my votes register and are counted.

When i vote on this server it doesn't even register that i've voted, however when i go to vote again to test this it says I have voted.

I am not awarded any enjin points nor am I awarded a vote point on lichcraft, do you know why this is happening/how it can be fixed?

Could you tell the admin to login to the server list. There is a note to update his Votifier Listener from (Minecraft-server-list.com -> MCSL)  - I think it might be the issue.
