Are you on windows or mac? If on windows, post your dxdiag results. To do this: Hit windows key+R and type in dcdiag, then click save all information at the bottom. Open the dxdiag.txt on your desktop and copy and paste its contents into the reply field. On mac, look up how to use system profiler to save results.
