You just need a bit of patience I'm affraid. I approve servers several times daily though (4-5 times during the day), every single day.
The annoying approval is to protect all the legit new servers like you, from the spammy servers who try to spam the new listing page with the same submissions over and over in different creative ways that are hard to automaticly detect. There are a group of server owners with no morale or thought on other people, that make it like this.
