How to run a command, when the player stands on the certian X Y Z position. (1.14.4)

I wanted to create a map about the narrator, and i needed to make redstone system (with command block) to make like the narrator talks when you did something wrong (Dont judge for my english) Please help me ._.

under the  You can make a radius command block system under the floor when a person steps near the command it will activate. Watch this video or follow these instructions. Place a repeating command block down 2 blocks under the floor where you want it to activate and make the redstone always active and type this "/testfor @e[r=2]" then get out and make a comparater face out of the command block. Then make a normal command block right next to it and make it say this "/tellraw @p {"rawtext":[{"text":"[Narrator Name] Put Text Here"}]}" then type your text in the Put text here area then exit the command block, cover up the ground and you are done!
