Account unretrievable mcsl

Question

Hello,

My account on MCSL can't be retrieved, the emails arent sent to my email account and they arent in the spam folder either. I really need it because my server is on that accunt and need to change around the votifier stuff for the voting.

Am I banned or is something else going on?

I am guessing you are using Hotmail, Live, Outlook email of a sort. For some reason the last couple of days our emails are not getting through there.

Try follow this guide:

 

• Go to https://outlook.live.com
• Sign into your account and click on the "Settings" cogwheel icon in the top right of the screen
• From the list, click on "Options"
• From the list of options, under Junk Email, select "Safe Senders"
• Into the field marked "Enter a sender or domain here", enter the domain name minecraft-server-list.com and click on the plus icon
• To save, click on the "Save" icon to save the settings

Then try recover email again from the server list.

Seems msn har currently decided to bounce emails from the server list.
I am working on it, but have no ETA on when they again will accept emails from us.
If you really need to change the details now, either make a gmail account and email me so we can verify it. Or email me from the hotmail account if you want me to set a temporary password you can use.
