Is there a mod or a way to assign keys to doors? Like resident evil?

I'm looking for anything that can help. If you are familiar with Resident Evil I would like something like the armor key, used only on certain door while other do the same.

Yes there is a mod, I believe its called 'key-mod'. But you have to use the key on a chest in order to lock it, then hide they key.
