I am new to Minecraft and have it set-up on my Xbox one and on my laptop, linked to my Xbox account. However, when I try to add a new external server it try's to connect but after a few moments it returns a message saying 'Unable to connect to that world'.
Could you please advise if there is something else I need to do?
