function wont work

Question

I've set up a function, it's .mcfunction, and I believe I've done everything right but my world won't detect it when i do /function, so I pasted it into a different world... still wont work... whats going on?

AND YES IM IN 1.12

AND YES I DIDN'T PUT SLASHES BEFORE THE COMMANDS
