    If you play on vanilla just go to http://www.minecraft.net/download and download the latest minecraft server jar there.

    If you use mods and play with craftbukkit go to http://dl.bukkit.org/ and download one of the recommended builds.

    Well the RB aren't out yet for 1.5.2. If you had looked a bit longer you could see Bukkit also provides Development builds which are 1.5.2 but potentially unsafe. You can find them here: http://dl.bukkit.org/downloads/craftbukkit/

    Ps. A little gratitude goes a long way. This is a great site run by volunteers so no reason to demand answers.
