Why do I keep on being baned for no reason

I'm a MVP on your server and I love to on the sever but there is one bad thing

I keep on being baned by someone and that someone hasn't stop. This has be going on for 2 weeks now and when

I my ban is over and I join I intently get ban. I don't find this as a joke and want to make a stop of it. I don't know if it's a

Glich but it's wrong. So please help me as I have no idear as it don't hack and never will as it's wrong to cheat on a

Fun game. On your sever I only play creative plots (I think that's what it is called ) or it's housing I forgot as it's been along time. Hopefully you understand that I'm very upset with this . To help here is my minecraft username
