Not able to login my profile and change server setting

Question

This is my server voting site: http://minecraft-server-list.com/server/301420
I'm trying to login and add votifier onto this server but I'm unable to login my account at: http://minecraft-server-list.com/login/login.php

It keep saying I'm key in the wrong password... but I don't think so..I've pressed on the forget password and click a few times. There is no email receive in [email protected].

Can you help me out? Thanks.

since it is gmail, look in the hidden spam folder they got - it will be in there :)

I was looked at the spam folder it doesn't appear any email as well. Today I tried again, an activation link is sent to my Inbox successfully. I'm able to change the password. This is I'm trying to login with the correct ID and the changed password, it gives me error, and the attempt goes down to -2. Is there anyway I can login to my account with the correct password? Please help, thanks.

attempts have been cleared.. try reset again and avoid using special characters - I have a filter on currently that might influence this if you use some special characters in pw that I didnt catch yet.
It is just a temporary thing, but suspect this might be the issue in this case

thanks for cleared attempts. I think because I've use back the same password as the old one and it gives me error. Old password doesn't contain any special characters. I've rename password to new password, it works now, million thanks.
