can i look up somewhere the multiplayer-servers i have visited?

i visited a cool server yesterday, but i did not add that server to my serverlist.

and today i can not find the server.ip anywhere on google.

the problem is i dont know anymore how its name was, so is there a possibility to search somewhere in the minecraft folder for a list of the servers i have visited?

The only way I can think of is by going to %appdata% -> Minecraft -> Logs -> Open the log for the day you joined the server -> Then look for something like this:

[08:58:00] [Client thread/INFO]: Connecting to envyblock.org, 25565

Other than that I'm not sure.

When I do this, it pops up with a bunch of gibberish and symbols. Is there a way to open it with something that will bring up the text that you said?
