Report a Player and Ip

How do i Report a player and thier Ip address to warn other servers of what they are doing not only to us but to others?

Hmmm,  I am pretty sure that that is impossible at the moment.  You could try putting warnings on the main minecraft forums like http://www.minecraftforum.net and http://www.planetminecraft.com/forums/  but thats about all you can do.
