How to post my SRV IP without entering a port?

On Minecraft-Server-List.com, when I edit my server to change my minecraft server IP from the standard numeric - 185.16.85.50 port 25965, to the new SRV - clsmcs.com, it does not let me. It tells me that I must enter a port, and that if I do not use a port I can just enter 25565 and it will not appear on the website. However when I do this, it says 'Unable to connect to server () - Server appears to be offline. It must be online to add it.'

Although I can connect to clsmcs.com perfectly fine in my minecraft client, as can others. Any ideas?

Are your server settings still set to bind on the old port 25965? Check to make sure the ports match.
