How do i get an adventure map onto my saves on Minecraft 1.7.2?

How do i get an adventure map on my minecraft? Ive been wanting to know so a can play a map i have downloaded...

Go to Start on your computer, then click run. Type %appdata% and go into the .minecraft folder. Go to saves. Drag the world you downloaded into the save folder. (Be sure you don't put it into another world's folder.) Exit the folder. Open Minecraft and enjoy the world!

-For Windows-

Go to your start button on the bottom left of your screen

Type Run into the search bar

Next in the Run menu type %appdata%

When you get to the AppData file click the .minecraft file

Go to the saves folder and Copy/Paste your adventure map into your file.

You should now be able to reload your Minecraft and it should be in your Worlds list!
