how do i create a shop

i want to create a shop but noone will tell me how.....so i went to this website to see if you could answer it for me

Depends what server is. Can you tell me what one it is on?   Although,  the most likely economy plugin they would be using is essentials economy.   For this you must set the text like this on a sign.

   <playername>

    <amount>

    B<how much to sell it for>

    <item>

 

Note that some servers only allow the creation of shops for ranked players.
