Gong Noise in my basement

Question

I have a basement and I keep hearing this deep gong-ish noise. I don't know what it is and I'm in peacfull so it's no a monster. What is it?

I don't have a juke box or any discs, and it happens randomly, not like a repeating continuing thing.

Here's what you do 1.go to creative where you hear the gong 2. Build a enchantment table and bookshelves 3.get a diamond sword with every enchantment 4.gi into the basement and hunt around 5. If none of this works, block up the basement
