If I am flying, how do I come down

Question

I started mindcraft a few days on a Mac and I saw a video about building to the sun. Soon enough I tried the same thing and I was flying. When I was flying, I knew how to go higher but not how to go down. I was soon I in the clouds waiting to go down. Please tell me how to go down.

You hold shift or dubble tap space.

i had the same problem too. all you do is look down at the ground and double click the space bar. Its that simple
