In the 0.7.0 update coming out at the end of April 2013 there will be blocks of lava and buckets in creative mode. Arrows can be got from killing skeletons plus u can make them in the crafting table. No is in the creative inventory and to get it in survival u need to Nike it with a shovel. Hope I helped u
