forgot password. How do I get that answer?

My son has been on mindcraft for sometime. I paid for him to get on there, He has changed his password and can't remember it? We have sent the e-mail address so you could tell us what it is and got no response.

If purchased through Paypal, You can always recover your account as long as you had the email you registered with. Go onto minecraft and click help at the top right of the screen and then it'll have a detailed explanation.
