i thought endermen burn at day but now i see them not burning at day time is this an update or a glitch?

i thought skeletons attack each other when one hits them by accident but now i see them still attacking me

when i saw a skeleton shoot a skeleton by accident then the one that got hit would get mad and fight him then fight each other but now i see them just ignoring it
