OK i am really confused about a lot of things.

Question

I'm trying to run a craftbukkit server using mcmyadmin2. I know that minecraft forge and bukkit do not play together very well. But i would really like to add in some custom biomes such as the biomes in biomes XL to my server. Biomes XL says its compatible with bukkit but points me towards MCPC whatever that is.  Is anyone able to give me a breakdown of everything involved for me to install a custom biomes mod? There are so many different sites and statements about these things that im really not sure how it all fits together.

For me the mod would not work. I do have a coupoe of other mods inelatlsd, i have deleted META-INF, i have modloader but the mod still makes my minecraft crash before the minecraft home screen where the Singleplayer and etc buttons are. Please send me an email on smoething you think i might be doing incorrect. Thank you.
