Hi, whenever I try to open a world up in Minecraft I get to the "Loading Terrain" screen, then I either get taken back to the main menu screen, my world opens but I'm just falling into blackness or I get a crash report, which I will include below:

I'm using a texture pack which requires mcpatcher to be used for some of the textures, but I've been using this pack for a very long time now and I haven't made any other changes. If anybody has any idea how to fix this problem it would be greatly appreciated!
