My Minecraft is messing up inthe menu screen, what do I do?

I have to hold down the left-click and when i right click it doesn't work.

You might need to be a tad more specific on this. Does it crash when you right-click, or does it not read your right-click at all?

I'd suggest either a new mouse, or deleting your whole .minecraft folder and force updating Minecraft.
