need to redo account with you how do I cancel my current and redo?

I created my account for our server but then realised it needs to be the owner so we want to redo with Golden_puffle so need to change, please advise how.Also we took over the IP adress of an old server which seems to be already registered with you so will need to confirm we own it.. thanks for help
