why is it ssaying when i go to logon to the server that i am not on the white-listed?

when i click the server to get onto it.. it says im not on the white-listed... any ideas of how to  fix it or how to get on?

Some people add something called a white list to their server which is basically like a list that says who's allowed to be on the server or not. Think of it like it's a list of attendance for a party, if you're name is not on the list you can't join.
