Feed The Beast Optifine help

When I install opftfine to feed the beast mod pack it has texture glitches any help on to get rid of them?

I've had this issue, it fixed itself when I reinstalled both FTB and Optifine.

Just make sure you backup your worlds etc, when you do it.
