i purchased minecraft and it won't play how can i get our money back?

thanks for your reply!! i have followed all the instructions, followed youtube etc.. and still are unable to play. i've had this problem before and think our computer needs fixing. We went ahead and purchased the game for Xbox and will not need it for the computer. i truly would just like our money back is the a direct address or person i could email??
