Every time I play, all i see are Steve's and Alex's. I've tried everything every website suggests, re-logging in, deleting the game and redownloading it, seeing if I have any incompatible software, deleting the contents of the skins folder, all of it. I'm playing on a laptop and have always had to open task manager to end the minecraft launcher in the background so it would start responding. It's been this way for at least 8 months.
