Can’t /setblock a command block with a command in it

Question

I am creating a self building house out of command blocks and when it builds the house I want to add a command block that can be pressed to remove the house but when I try to do this it states a syntax error, the command I am using is

/setblock x y z command_block {Command:”/fill x y z x y z air”,}

I have tried using the command with { [ ( brackets without “ aswell but nothing is working

Syntax error: unexpected “{“: at “and_block >>{<<Command:

Can someone please help explain why it’s not working and a solution. I am on bedrock edition on the PS4
