If I clear account sign-in data, will it delete the world's off the device or my Microsoft account?

My sister's Microsoft account was logged into Minecraft. I signed out of her Microsoft account. I then logged into my Microsoft account. All of her progress was still there. How do I delete the progress off the tablet, but not her Microsoft account?
