  • does one villager and one job site count as a village?

    i builded a trading hall with no bed near it but bad omen effect triggered around the trading hall. IIRC, raid could only spawn near village.

    Yes, I think it does.You need one door and one villager for it to become a valid village. Making it possible for raids to happen.

    I have tested it in creative mod superflat. I spawned a villager with spawn egg with no block around (no bed, no door) and applied myself bad omen effect, nothing happen. Then, I put a lectern next to the villager and the raid spawned. So, I think a villager and just one job site with no bed or door also make it a valid village.
