I know luck of the sea gives u more treasure but does it improve the enchantment quality

I think it gives you a higher chance to catch rare items, such as enchatment books ect. As for the quality it should be about the same, but because you have a higher change to catch rare items. This means you would also be more likley to come across a higher level enchatment, if that makes sence.
