help me with creative mode in multiplayer server !

when i say : /gamemode (my name) 1    he's say I do not have permission for this action to say. how can I fix this?

You have to be a moderator/admin to go into gamemode 1 on your server.

You can't do this yourself. The admin (owner) of the server has to grant you permission. He owns the place, therefore he calls the shots. If he doesn't want to make you creative, then too bad for you.
