i thought endermen burn at day but now i see them not burning at day time is this an update or a glitch?

i figured this out on creative mode when i spawned them at day they and wont burn so im wondering if it updated that or if its a glitch

Enderman never burn in the daylight. They haven't since the game was in alpha prerelease 2.
