i got randomly banned in this server when i didn't do anything wrong

I was caught for xraying twice and gave the diamonds back peacefully.  Then my friend (Diamondragon131) gave me half his diamonds and I used them for armour and tools.  I haven't been in a mine since.  I went AFK and it said I was banned for xraying.  Can I please get back on the server.  I will not Xray again!  Please let me back on the server.
